A passionate team of experienced Engineers with expertise in utility business decided to take on Qatarās market to win their bread. FMTS came into existence in 2013 with Eng. Steve, who graduated in the early 80s, taking the lead. FMTS contested the established players in Qatar's utility business and began its streak by winning an exclusive territory deal with ABB for its electromagnetic flow meters which was soon approved by Kahramaa for deployment in its network.
The following years, B-Meter Italy, Darcy Spillcare manufacture UK, TEMA Vasconi Italy and Arkon Flow Systems of Czech Republic entered into agreements with FMTS to promote their range of products positioning FMTS as a super stockist enhancing and spearheading its capabilities for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and after-sales support
With more years of experience and expertise topped up with tougher market wins the team FMTS is now Global Energy Measurments & Controls (GEMCO) QATAR while we stand committed to aligning our portfolio to fit our long term vision of turning a key player in Qatarās utility and energy business. With a bunch of deals, Qatar's Utility space and its long standing legacy.
